Currently, teams that benefit the most are startups between 10-50 employees who don’t have (or don’t want to hire) a full-time office manager. Most of our clients are growing fast and need to keep their internal team lean, without sacrificing the employee experience.

All plans cover the core things you’d expect from an office manager: restocking, vendor coordination, and day-to-day issue resolution.

Agile adds emergency coverage and after-hours support.

Embedded includes deeper, EA-style help: in-person support, events, errands, and more.

Most teams set their plan and don’t change it until their needs do (typically after a round of fundraising, an influx of new hires, and/or switching office spaces). Most of our clients select Agile.

If you believe your needs don’t fit neatly into one of our pre-selected plans, please reach out and we’ll work with you to explore options.

You'll get a dedicated point of contact who manages your workspace like it’s their own. Behind the scenes, they’re supported by the broader Veery team, along with our network of vendors, operational systems, and internal software/AI – but your experience stays personal.

Yes, if you’d like us to. We can coordinate with whoever’s already in place, or bring in trusted vendors if you need new ones. Either way, you stay out of the day-to-day back-and-forth.

Our Agile and Embedded plans include 24/7 emergency coordination. With those, whether it’s a water leak or a tech issue, we’ll handle it – so you don’t wake up to a Slack fire drill on Monday.

Yes – if you’re new to a space. Our *Studio Veery* service offers one-time office design, furniture, and buildout support. It spun out of our founding team’s experience designing and white-glove managing the buildout for dozens of Bay Area workspaces. It’s perfect if you're just getting started or need help getting your space set up right: email studio@veeryoffices.com for a quote.

For office management, we do not offer prorated options – the base plan, *Lean*, is our lowest offering and we’ve carefully priced in such a way as to ensure we can deliver on exceptional quality while fairly compensating everyone on Veery’s team. That being said, we do not require up-front contracts, and you are welcome to trial the service for a single month.

We currently serve teams in the San Francisco Bay Area, with near term (2025) plans to expand. If you’re outside the Bay Area but interested, reach out – we may be able to help.
