What services does Veery offer? Veery's services include preparing the office for future renters, marketing and showing the office, screening and placing tenants, managing the relationship with the tenant, collecting rent, scheduling office visits, providing long-term care for tenants, and more.
How does Veery charge for their services? Veery takes the first month's rental and 10% on the management only when the lease is signed, covering their marketing, labor, and technology support for the building.
What is Veery's vetting and background check process for potential tenants? Any tenants considered fit for the office will go through Veery's vetting and background check process before being placed in the property.
How does Veery prepare an office space for future renters? Veery completes any needed reconditioning and even assists with moving furniture to prepare the office space for future renters.
Does Veery handle on-site tours for potential tenants? YES! Veery provides open houses and on-site tours, preparing, opening, and closing the office after every tour.
Does Veery offer long-term care for tenants? YES! Veery has a team of Concierge on call to take care of regular property notifications and provide 24/7 emergency service for tenants.
