We offer two flexible options:

  • Option 1: We will provide you with a customized furniture package that fits your needs. This package includes furniture, lighting, and accessories that are designed to complement your office space.
  • Option 2: We will provide you with a customized furniture package that fits your needs. This package includes furniture, lighting, and accessories that are designedto complement your office space.

We require a minimum commitment of 1 year . Early termination requires a 60-day written notice . Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.

Answer: Absolutely! Our goal is to save you from all the hassles of office management. Having an office space that’s not fully utilized is a pain. We acknowledge your needs and we take care of it. Simply send us a request and leave the rest to us. Our team will come in to clean up, organize, market, negotiate, and manage your tenants.

Answer: For Veery’s Essential package, our move-in timing is 5 days. If you request a Fully-Managed office solution, it normally takes our team 7-14 days to set up and furnish the office.

Answer: Of course. We offer a standard cleaning schedule, but you always have the option to add extra cleaning services, Pantry needs, and event onsite staff to support. Simply let your dedicated office manager know, and we will make it happen.
