What if I already have my own furniture?
At Veery, we understand the value of your existing investments. Our expert team will seamlessly integrate your furniture into the new office design, ensuring a cohesive look. We'll adjust our furniture package accordingly, helping you optimize costs while maintaining workspace efficiency.
Do I own the furniture once my contract term expires?
We offer two flexible options:
What is the minimum contract term?
We require a minimum commitment of 1 year . Early termination requires a 60-day written notice . Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transition.
We want to rent out half of our offices, can you help us find tenants and manage the space?
Answer: Absolutely! Our goal is to save you from all the hassles of office management. Having an office space that’s not fully utilized is a pain. We acknowledge your needs and we take care of it. Simply send us a request and leave the rest to us. Our team will come in to clean up, organize, market, negotiate, and manage your tenants.
How long will it take to furnish my office?
Answer: For Veery’s Essential package, our move-in timing is 5 days. If you request a Fully-Managed office solution, it normally takes our team 7-14 days to set up and furnish the office.
Our company has two events in the office next week, can I request additional cleaning?
Answer: Of course. We offer a standard cleaning schedule, but you always have the option to add extra cleaning services, Pantry needs, and event onsite staff to support. Simply let your dedicated office manager know, and we will make it happen.
