How does Veery help Landlord?

Veery is not a traditional office management company for hire. Instead, Veery partners with you on tenant experience to manage and host every aspect of the office process, from tenant acquisition to managing your tenant's needs. Veery maximizes your property's attractiveness by offering comprehensive amenities, professional on-site management, and flexible terms. The good news is we handle all the processes for you.
We work with office property owners, either single-alone buildings or multi-use office/retail spaces. If you are a company with extra space for sublease, we work with you to lease and manage it. We will introduce ourselves and provide all of the information and resources your Landlord needs, with no inconvenience to you.
We currently operate in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the following cities: San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View, San Jose, Santa Clara, and Fremont. And we're expanding quickly!
Dedicated local teams No more tenant emergency calls on Sunday morning—our in-house tenant experience team handles all your tenant’s needs.
Veery is a revolution in the offering, finding, and managing of flexible office space. Once the contract is signed, we will take care of everything. Our services include: preparing your office for future renters - completing any needed reconditioning, and even assisting with moving furniture. Market and show your office - we take the pictures and source tenants. In addition, we provide open houses and on-site tours, preparing, opening, and closing your office after every tour. Screen and place tenants - any tenants considered fit for your office will go through our vetting and background check process. Manage the relationship with your tenant - you will not need to worry about dealing with tenants directly. Our in-house member service team will ensure you and your tenant have everything. We collect rent, schedule office visits, and build a connection with your tenant and their new community. Provide long-term care for your tenants - our team of Concierge is on call, taking care of regular property notifications and providing 24/7 emergency service.
Veery takes the first month's rental and 10% on the management only when the lease is signed. This will cover our marketing, labor, and technology support for your building.

For Tenant:

Veery offers multiple leasing solutions to find your most optimal solution. We have both private and shared offices. We understand business often leases too little or too large of a space, which often blocks plenty of good offices not to be fully utilized. Today, many landlords and companies are open to sharing their floors, so we are also home for these sharable floors to be maximum-utilized.
We work with tenant requests for office space starting for six months. Our average term is 12 months.
Veery’s mission is to take the hassle out of leasing space so that you can focus your precious time and energy on your employees and business. We start from where you are, help you to move into your new offices, handle your new office setups, and manage your office amenities. The good news? All of Veery’s offices can be fully furnished, and our meeting rooms are equipped. In addition, our IT infrastructure is ready to plug into your digital door access, printer, Wi-Fi and security camera.
Tenants are expected to pay for all utilities, and we will coordinate having them transferred to your name for your move-in date. We will also provide you with any information needed for additional services.
On Veery’s platform, you can find various spaces and floor plans that fit your team’s purpose. Imagine renting premium turn-key office space all to yourself, with amenities you need and a dedicated office concierge all included, on your terms.
There’s no fee for the tenant to move in.
As a Veery Member, you will have access to our 24/7 pocket concierge and a seamlessly turn-key—your team can be productive from move-in day. You can also contact your Concierge team to add additional cleaning, coffee & snack services, and plants. Veery Concierge will service your office and recommend maintenance.
